The Alcion Air module, in which occurs the photocatalysis reaction, is comprised of 2 elements:
- An ultraviolet lamp that emits in the wavelength of UV-A
- A medium-catalytic titanium dioxide Ti02
A fan, disposed in the bottom of the purifier, creates a suction of air from the bottom up, through the module.
